What Causes Squeezing Sensation In Penis After Sex?

Posted on Fri, 18 Sep 2015
Question: Hi doctors. I have a serious question but it may sound stupid. I was having intercourse with a woman. And I was in the middle of it and without any warning I felt like something squeezed or shot out of my penis. I had never experienced this before I know precum. But that just seeps out. I didn't orgasm and actually let my load go til like 10-20 minutes later. I thought about it for a minute I've always ejaculated when I orgasm. So I dont know what it could have been or maybe it was her. I guess is it possible to ejaculate before you actually ejaculate. Or was it something else I wad doing research and couldn't find anything on it only premature and retrograde ejaculation and delayed which what happened to me fit none of these. So I'm assuming it wad probably her?

Brief Answer:
Likely normal sexual experience

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question.

I'm hearing you describe an unusual and new sensation of something squeezing or shooting from your penis during sexual intercourse. This is not a stupid question at all. While it is not possible to answer with complete certainty, I can offer a couple of suggestions as to what might have happened. First and most likely is that you did not ejaculate, but rather, as you say, felt a sensation related to the movement of your partner's vagina. However, it is possible to ejaculate without experiencing orgasm, so this might also have occurred.

No medications or treatments are relevant to what you describe. While unusual and new to you, which can be scary, this is like a normal sexual experience.

If you are particularly concerned about this experience, I recommend visiting a primary care physician or psychiatrist to discuss your concerns.

I hope this was helpful.

Thank you like I said it felt like a quick squeeze almost. I wasn't sure what it was but I did ejaculate with orgasm like 20 minutes later which makes me think it couldn't have been an ejaculation
If it makes a difference I was hitting her walls so to say. I dont know what that does to the woman's vagina

Brief Answer:
Likely not ejaculation

Detailed Answer:
It is possible to ejaculate without orgasm, and then ejaculate with orgasm 20 minutes later. But it is most likely not ejaculation but rather a vaginal sensation you were feeling.

Right. I know technically they are two different things that normally happen at the same time. For me I have never experienced them at a different time. When I said it felt like I had ejaculated I meant like a quick like second long squeeze or shock. I have no clue what it was.. It would be impossible to know 100%

Brief Answer:
Unlikely this is ejaculation

Detailed Answer:
As you say, you cannot know 100%, but it is unlikely this was ejaculation.
