Question : Im taking prednisone on my 4 th day of a 6 day pack. I have a terrible stomach ache and heart burn. What is best to take?

Take omeprazole(Over the counter).

Hello,
Severe gastritis is most common side effect of prednisolone.
Take Omeprazole 40 mg (Prisolec) Once daily along with it take antacid like Ts 2table spoon twice daily.
