Question : Hi, last night I had really bad pain when I tighten my stomach to go toilet, I woke this morning need the toilet straight way which was normal, I been opening my bowels on and off all day, with servier stomach pain in my lower right side and abdomen

hello,
Your symptoms could be because of acute infective diarrhoea. But I would like to investigate to rule out acute appendicitis because of the severity of the pain.
I would advise you to consult your doctor At the earliest. You need a physical examination which will help to find the cause of the pain.
Further treatment can be decided after a physical examination.please take plenty of oral fluids till then
