Detailed Answer:
Hello again
Good to hear from you.
Congratulations on the pregnancy proceeding fine !
At 6.5 weeks, you should now have a transvaginal ultrasound scan that should most probably show cardiac activity ( heartbeat ) in the baby.
Regarding the other issues - yes mild pain in the stomach reason and breathing issues are common in pregnancy.
It occurs due to the overall changes in your body.
There is tendency of gastritis ( acidity ) leading to stomach ache.
Breathing difficulty is due to the water retention and changes in the hormonal levels in the body.
You should get your hemoglobin levels checked to rule out anemia.
Blood pressure should be checked.
Drink lots of water and have good protein intake ( eggs, fish, chicken, beans, dal, paneer, sprouts , chana etc )
For sleeping, sleep in whichever position is comfortable for you.
Most women find it easier to sleep with head propped up on pillows to reduce acidity.
Also, avoid eating for 2 - 3 hours before sleeping.
Instead of 2 - 3 major meals, have small meals atleast 5 - 6 times a day.
Stay away from oily, greasy, fried, heavy food.
Eat bland, simple, fresh, homemade food.
Have a glass of chilled milk at night before going to bed.
You might ask for medications if these measures do not relieve you.
Avoid stress of any kind.
Avoid lifting heavy weights, climbing stairs too much or straining yourself, walking too fast etc.
Take deep breaths, and enrol in good antenatal classes which teach pregnancy yoga and breathing techniques.
IT will alleviate breathing issues plus prepare you right now for labour.
All the best
Please feel free to discuss further.
