Question : I have reached out to you all before in regards to my IBS, Doctor put me on dicyclomine. what I have notice is after a bowel movement I feel really sick for a couple hours. is this part of rhe course with ibs?

hi, I just feeling achey, just feel like I been pulled through a knock hole. usually in the morning I have enough Gas in my stomach to fill my gas tank in my car.

Excess gas comes from fermentation when several different food types are mixed. I will suggest that you look into your diets and only eat a limited combination of food types at once. Should this persist, then try out activated charcoal to help reduce excess gas production.
