Dear Madam,
Thank you for posting your query on HCM.
Well looking into your problem I would like to tell you that considering your age first important thing to rule out is pregnancy . Low potassium will not give rise to pains , it an be incidental; . A USG abdomen is essential to see any evidence of renal stones or stones elsewhere and appendicitis .
Rest evrything will just be speculation if USG report is not there .Get a testing for autoimmune profile and serum amylase and lipase , CPK are also needed .
Take care.

Dear Madam,
Thanks for reverting back.
Well there is a possibility that you might be having infection in the intestines or stomach that is leading to vomitings and pain . Get your blood work done like CBC with LFT and RFT . For the mean time keep yourself hydrated , You can take ondansetron 8 mg and Pantocid 40 mg once a day for vomiting and acidity . It needs to be seen whether you will require antibiotics .Please see a physician for the same .
Take care.
