Question : I woke up last night with a very strong metal taste in my mouth and a very strong smell. Should I be concerned? And I'm not on any medications. Earlier that day I threw up but only into my mouth.

Hi ,
I have read your query.

I would like to known you have any cold , sneezing , allergy & which Antacid tried .
As per your clinical history it appears that you might having post nasal discharge leading to metal taste in my mouth and a very strong smell.
If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you
Plenty of fluids ,
Steam Inhalation twice daily,
Saline nasal spray &
Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast combination .
You should consult your treating doctor.
