Brief Answer:
Probably a pulled muscle! Continue with Motrin!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this pain the you have reported. i have reviewed your information fully and this is suggestive of a pulled muscle. I will recommend you continue with the Motrin and refrain from trying to lift very heavy objects in future. It would be advisable to carry with someone or to divide into smaller sizes and carry many times if possible.

Motrin can cause stomach pain. I will advise that you take it with food. If the pain persist being 5days, I will recommend you reduce the dose to 400 mg and add tylenol for better pain control and to prevent possible side effects(gastritis).

For now, this pain is not suggestive of any other concerning condition. Report the progress and any new symptoms to me for further evaluation and insights.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

Brief Answer:
I recommend you get it examined!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

With a severely swollen testicle, this is more concerning. Could it have been a hernia? I cannot answer these questions without a a good examination. I will suggest you make use of the ER at this time so that the exact problem can be addressed.

For now,, continue with the pain medications and put on a supportive underwear to reduce the pains caused by the weight of the testes by providing a surface on which them can be supported.

Keep me updated!
