                                    Brief Answer:
Check for uterine contractions
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I read your query and I understand your concerns.
Following is my reply
1. If the pain you have is associated with hardening of uterus, it is called uterine contractions which might lead to delivery.
2. If there is no hardening, and only pain this is probably gastritis.
3. Since doctors have examined you and ruled out delivery pain I think only option could be gastritis and needs to take antacid medicines.
4. Take antacid tablets available over the counter and see if pain reduces.
5. If uterine hardening exists again after 2 hours of taking antacid medicine go back to hospital.
Regards
