Brief Answer:
Seems like low BP

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

It seems like low blood pressure. How much are you bleeding now? Do you have diarhea?

Some of the symptoms (high heart beat and headache) also corelate with side effects of dicyclomine component of Trigan D. I would suggest that you discontinue this medicine for some time and see if your symptoms improve. What dose of this medicine are you taking?

Persistent pain in left hand may be related to the high heart beat. Pain in left leg does not really go with any of the other symptoms. Does this pain get better and worse with something? Do you have pain in the backbone?

Anyways I would suggest that you see a doctor and get ECG done to rule out heart conditions.

Also please answer my questions and provide more details about your symptoms so that I am better able to help you.
