Yes, there are medicines which can cause swelling in itching over the legs. The commonest culprit is Amlodipine.

Iam taking amlod-valsa-hctz 10-160-25 the amlod only for about six months i think for sewlling -it makes me urinate for the swelling i was told but my lower legs itch now

Hello, As mentioned previously, Amlodipine is the main culprit for the swelling that you are having over the legs.
You should see your doctor, he would stop the Amlodipine and would replace it with other anti hypertensive drug.
