Question : I had a pneumonia inj today. Now the area is swollen hot and very painful.

Swelling and pain at site of injection is likely to be due to severe inflammation associated with the drug . It would be very helpful if you could provide me with the following additional information

1. What was route of administration of injection?
2. Which was the drug used ?
3. Where is the site of injection?
