Question : I have a bulge in my groin area , not painful but it gurgles when I drink liquids.

I am so sorry to hear about this bulge. I will suggest that you get it examined. The fact that it makes noise when you drink means it contains intestines. This is is very suggestive of a hernia. This should be examined by your doctor and managed accordingly. A primary care doctor would be a good start.
