Welcome to Healthcare Magic and thanks for putting up the query
I have seen the picture. It is laryngocele formation. it is external type. It occurs due to chronic vocal abuse especially in singers or teachers or flute players.

Brief Answer:
Laryngocele

Detailed Answer:
Hi
it can be benign or malignant but nothing can be said without examination. Laryngocele is evident externally only after a stress as in your case. My advice is you should get yourself examined by an ENT SPECIALIST and avoid any further stress.
