Question : just last night i noticed a mild swelling possibly at the eutheria at the part of the head. it does not hurt, just some swelling thats all

Brief Answer: Could be infection of the glans penis (Ballanitis) Detailed Answer: Hello Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have noticed swelling of the glans penis since night. This is most likely to be due to infection of the glans penis (Ballanitis). Get your routine urine test done. You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily for 5 days. This should get cured within a week .
