Question : Hi I have a red and slightly swollen frenulum under the foreskin of my penis , how can I get relief? I have a slight warm or burning sensation, although it doesn't hurt when I pee.

There appears to be a infection in terminal urethra or tip of penis. It is called Balanitis. Please get blood sugar fasting and urine test done . you will need a course of appropriate antibiotics.
