                                            Could be viral fever.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
Welcome to healthcaremagic.com and thank you for posting your query.
I have seen the attached picture and it looks like a mild erythematous/exanthematous rash that accompanies many viral diseases.
Flu like symptoms associated with a skin rash are most commonly due to viral fevers and they are generally self limiting.
The rash is not specific to any particular viral fever so it is hard to make a diagnosis based on the rash right now.
You can take benadryl for the itching and can apply calamine lotion over the rash for symptomatic relief, other than that you do not need to do anything right now.
Since it has been a week since you have been having the flu symptoms, the viral fever is most likely waning off and does not need any treatment.
Hope this answers your query, please feel free to ask me if you have any doubts.
Wishing you good health.
Warm regards.
