Hi,Dear thanks for the query to HCM virtual Clinic.
Dear,I reviewed all the details of your query.I understood the health concerns you have for your daughter.
From the facts of your query the lump seems to be Non-Malignant and by no means and by no standards it is Ewing's Sarcoma,as you fear.I can reassure you on that by my clinical experience.
By the following reasons this tumor is not Ewing's as feared from you-
-dime sized lump , inch above the elbow,
-which came up after history of hit without any bruise, but only periosteal traumatic inflammatory edema/ or a tissue hematoma
-You need not worry to show it to doctor,
but should consult a doctor if it starts growing and hurting your daughter more.
-On pushing the bump, your daughter did not show any pain. This indicates the trauma has resolved on its own,due to resolving hematoma or tissue edema.
Besides this your daughter is very healthy and active,as submitted in your query.
Remedy-
Cold Compresses localy,
Voltaren gel, locally at elbow x 5 days time.
If no relief, Xry of the Elbow and ER Orthosurgeon consultation to rule out any other possibilities, if need be.
Hope this would resolve your query to your satisfaction.
