Brief Answer:
It looks like inflammatory lesion of the glands of the eyelids, hordeolum.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic

I am Dr. Dadapeer K, an ophthalmologist and I will be answering your question.

I reviewed your history and the photo of the affected eye posted by you.
These symptoms and the photo look like inflammatory condition of the glands of the eyelids called as Hordeolum.

The treatment of the condition is by the use of antibiotic eye drops like Moxifloxacin eye drops and analgesic/anti-inflammatory drugs.
Applying warm compression to the swollen part of the eyelid will help in quick resolution of symptoms. The condition usually resolves over 3-5 days.

Hope this information is helpful to you.
