Brief Answer:
Acid reflux symptoms...

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking.
You are reporting to have chest burning sensation.
These symptoms are related to :
- acid reflux( Gerd)
- gastritis.
If you were my patient I would recommend to start PPI use like NEXIUM twice per day and antacids.

Otherwise I suggest to change your lifestyle Like:
- Eat often and small amount of meals
- Eat three hours before going to bed
- use two pillows when you lay down
- Avoid constipation using plenty of water, olive oil, vegetables, fruits and stool softeners.
- Avoid spicy, carbonated and chilly foods.

Hope it is helfull to you.
