What Causes Thinning Of Penis At The Root?
Question: Hi,
I am 31 years old. 2 weeks back i was having foreplay with my wife during that she pulled my penis which i felt a strong pull. My penis was only partly erect at that time. I felt little pain after some time at the root of penis. What i observed in last 1 week is penis getting thin from root. I can see that easily and also there is always little discomfort at the root. Like inflammation. Please help me with this problem. How to prevent my penis to get thin from root.

Although it is difficult to make conclusions with available piece of information but it seems that you are suffering with a disorder in which men fears that his penis is shrinking and may disappear in short course of time.
Physiologically speaking there is no mechanism which can explain thinning of penis from from root but this is the anxiety which makes one to believe in different way.
I do not want to keep suspicion as everything is possible by the mechanism which may not be known to doctors including me. To keep out the doubt it is advisable to get penile doppler done from the nearby laboratory. This is a test which gives information about blood supply to penis and exact cause of thinning can be made out, if any.
Till the report is available kindly take the multivitamins as they have enough antioxidants to control the inflammation. Most of the multivitamin are available over the counter and do not require any prescription form a doctor.
