Question : I would like to know what could be causing the sensation of tightening rubberbands around my hands, arms and feels like I have cobwebs on my face constantly?

your symptoms may be caused by neuropathy. neuropathies can be caused by severlt things. in most cases, deficiency of vitamins B12 or D is possible cause. also,alcoholism, diabetes or other metabolic disorders are affecting nerves as well. anxiety and stress will worsen symptoms. so you need to see doctor and check these diseases I 've mentioned. you can take benzodiazepines for relief,avoid stress,cold,noise and smoky areas and rest. wish you good health. regards
