Question : I've been experiencing tightness in my thighs and upper arms. I'm not sure if it's anxiety or something else.
Brief Answer:
Any pains?
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about this tightness that you have reported. Is there any pain? Is this the first time you are having such a symptom? If it is the first time and there is no pain, I will suggest that you stay calm, relaxed and observe only. In addition to this, moderate exercise involving these areas would be helpful. Also, are you on any medications especially for the treatment of high cholesterol? If yes, please report them to me.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be. Above all, thanks for using our services.

Hello,
It is not the first time I have experienced these symptoms. I been having them for about a year (on and off). I have no pain. I am not on any medications. They scare me because it feels like I might not be able to move my muscles (this hasn't occurred). It's just very uncomfortable.
