Brief Answer:
Tinea Barbae...

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thank you for posting!

I have gone through your query and I understand your concerns.

According to your image and to your symptoms I can say that you suffer from Tinea Barbae. It is a superficial dermatophyte infection and it is caused by a dermatophyte fungus.

To treat Tinea Barbae you can take oral antifungal medications such as Terbinafine.

Before starting the treatment you should confirm the diagnosis first. To do that you need a skin culture and a physical examination by your dermatologist.

Ask me for anything unclear.

All the best.

Brief Answer:
Lamisil(Terbinafine)...

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for writing back.

In these cases I recommend Lamisil(Terbinafine) 250 mg, 1 pill daily. Continue this treatment for 4 weeks and you will get a good effect.

But before starting this treatment you must contact your dermatologist to discuss about it, because it is your treating doctor the one who determines the treatment.
