Question : Hi there. I am a little concerned about the last today of tingling/numbness on my nose and slight odd sensation on my face today.

hi, stress, trigeminal neuralgia.

Detailed Answer:
Hi madam, In my opinion you have tingling and numbness over the nose and face is only from today. Not to worry. Let's wait and watch.
Stress is a strong causative factor.
Next early stages of trigeminal neuralgia can cause this.
In case it persists/progreses then we can treat it.
If i were your treating doctor I would have waited for at least 5 days and then if symptoms persists I would start you on carbamazepine with diclofenac for 1 week and evaluate .
