Question : I used a large amount of quality stimulate and hands became tingly, neck feeling shaky. I used an ambien to call down and that seems to help. Any advice please. The hospital is out of the question obviously .

Use of large amount of quality stimulate causes anxiety and restlessness, palpitation, sweating, etc. Do not repeat a dose of Ambien as overdose can cause a respiratory depression.
It is best to take plenty of fluids specially citrus fruit juices orally to increase the clearance of drug from the body. Just take rest, avoid going out or driving. Deep breathing exercises will also help. Do not take alcohol or coffee. The effects will gradually decrease in next few hours. In case there is an increase in palpitation with a difficulty in breathing then you need medical attention. Going to ER is best under such circumstances.
