Question : I am experiencing some very light tingling in my face and my head arond my jaw, I don't feel light headed at all. I do have a tendency to clench my teeth and my inner ear has some congestion. Could that have some thing to do with it?

Ear congestion might be the cause.

Hello,

Facial nerve is closely located to inner ear.So any ear congestion or infection can affect the nerve leading to such symptoms.

Ideal would be to see ENT specialist.Doctor might get a CT of inner ear done to see everything is fine.

Meanwhile oral antihistaminics and steam inhalation can help relieve ear congestion and in turn these additional facial symptoms.
