Brief Answer:
Need to get examined and evaluated by a neurologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.

Tingling and numbness in hand and fingers may be most likely due to carpal tunnel syndrome.

Is the pain more in night ?
Any diabetes, hypothyroidism, joint disease ?

Yes, ideally you should get examined by a neurologist without any further delay.
Nerve conduction testing and further blood tests may be required (you've mentioned blood tests fine, let me know what all tests have done so far and how're the results).

For treatment pain killers, steroid, pregabalin or Amitriptyline can be used.

Hope you found the answer helpful.
Do get back to me for further information.
