Question: I HAVE A TINGLING ON MY RIGHT SIDE. mAINLY THE ARM FROM THE SHOULLDER DOWN TO THE FINGER TIPS AND A LITTLE ON MY RIGHT LEG. A LITTLE NUMBNESS ALSO. END

Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Tingling in arm and fingers may be due to cervical spondylosis and radiculopathy.
Leg symptoms may be due to lumbosacral radiculopathy.
You need to get X-ray or MRI of cervical and lumbosacral spine.
You should avoid lifting heavy objects, exertion, stooping forward.

Pain killers with muscle relaxant like Etoricoxib or Aceclofenac with Thiocholchicoside or Tizanidine can be taken.

Pain modulator drugs like Pregabalin or Amitryptiline or Gabapentin can be used too(you need to have prescription for these from your local physician).
Physiotherapy under guidance will be helpful.
