Question : I often get a tingling feeling in my right arm. Almost like it is a little asleep or pins and needles. No pain.
It can be anytime of day but seems more prevalent in the morning or at night when I am less active.

Brief Answer:
Nerve compression and impaired blood flow to consider.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HealthcareMagic.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

These kind of symptoms may indicate nerve compression, but also may indicate blood supply impairment.

Conditions to consider include tunnel syndromes ( carpal tunnel syndrome, cubital tunnel syndrome ) and narrowing of arm vessels ( atherosclerosis ).

It is necessary to get evaluated by your primary care Doctor first and by tests such nerve conduction study, Doppler ultrasound of the affected arm in order to get a correct diagnosis of your condition.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
