I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I should rightfully start by saying that your symptoms are quite vague ma'am, but they are not completely non-indicative. But taking your description and your sex into consideration I have the following conditions that first came to mind, they are:

-Thyroid abnormalities: This warrants a thyroid profile to be conducted, please request your doctor for the same
-Diabetes: Please request for a blood glycemic profile for the same
-Sleep apnea: A possible sleep abnormality which requires a sleep study ma'am

I would just like to list some symptoms associated with hypothyroidism (under active thyroid) so you can relate to them, they are:
-Cold intolerance
-Weakness
-Fatigue
-Irregular menstrual flow (if the lady has not attained menopause yet)
-Constipation
-Depression
-Brittle hair and nails
-Weight gain
-Central obesity
-Puffy eyes
and a few other symptoms.
