Detailed Answer:
Hello, and thanks for your question.

The only medication you list that may be causing tremor is lithium. You should check a blood lithium level. If the level is 1.2 or less, then it is unlikely lithium is the cause here, and you may be experiencing primary essential tremor. If this is the case, then a higher dose of Innopran may be of help. This is my suggestion.

DR. SHEPPE MY MD DOCTOR AND THE NEOROGIST WOULD LIKE ME NOT TO TAKE THE INNOPRAN DUE TO BLOOD PRESSURE RISK / OTHER SIDE EFFECTS IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE YOU COULD SUGGEST ? PLEASE EXPLAIN PRIMARY ESSENTIAL TREMOR. I TAKE 900 MGS OF LITHIUM. I WILL LOOK INTO THE BLOOD WORK TAKEN A COUPLE MOUTHS AGO.

Detailed Answer:
If your doctors do not want you to increase Innopran, you can try increasing primidone instead. Primary essential tremor means tremor of old age not related to medications. Check your lithium level.
