Brief Answer:
A few causes listed for your reference sir/ma'am

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. From my medical experience, your sister's symptoms do not amount to anything major, but you should know that I have had young females presenting to the ER with similar symptoms on several occasions; they were all diagnosed with anxiety or a panic attack.

Let me go ahead a list some of the most likely causes her presentation:

+Anxiety attack: You should be able to tell the difference, and rule out an anxiety attack from a pathological condition
+Panic attack: Can be associated with haphazard behaviour, hyperventilation, restlessness, etc.
+Ear infections: Will also have ear pain or discharge or tinnitus and/or fever
+Anemia: Very commonly associated with females resulting in symptoms similar to what your sister is experiencing
+Side effect of medications or drugs
+Chronic conditions (E.g. hypertension, diabetes, etc.)
+And a few others

I hope you find this information helpful. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
