my gradmother is 80+ years old she has diabeties and recently she has hyperventilation or shortness of breath even during walking 2 steps doctr told that she has heart problm can u figure out wats the actual problem is?????and where shuld i go for her treatment?????

I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, you should consult cardiologist (heart specialist) for your grandmother.
She is diabetic and having old age (80+ years). So she is at risk of heart diseases.
So get done ecg, 2d echo and coronary angiography.
She may need diuretics and other cardiac supportive drugs on the basis of reports.
