Question : I have an unusual urine odor. Cannot find words to describe it. Not unpleasant. Sort of sweet. I am currently being treated for anemia and heart valve disease. Odor started a month or so ago

THanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Anemia and heart valve disease cannot cause this symptom.
Get a few causes ruled out.
First of all have your blood sugars tested to rule out diabetes.
Next, what medications are you on - some of them can cause such a picture.
Just get a simple urine microscopy exam and a urine culture test - that will tell you if there is any abnormality worth worrying about.
