Due to prostate surgery I have incontinence and impotence.
Would you recommend an herbal remedy for incontinence,

The incontinence of urine and impotence that you have developed are due to injury to the neurovascular bundle concerned with sphincter control and erectile function caused during surgery for removal of cancer of prostate .

These damages are inevitable and irreversible .Unfortunately there are no medications or Herbal preparations that can cure your problem of incontinence and impotence .

You have to use either condom drain or strapping devices to occlude the urethra to prevent incontinence ,

For impotence you may consult qualified Urologist to explore the possibility of putting penile implant prosthesis to have erection to enjoy sexual intercourse .
