Brief Answer:
Various causes

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Bleeding after intercourse can be done due polyp in cervix or vagina, infection , premalignant or malignant lesions of the cervix or due to very rough sex.
If the OBGYN specialist had examined you internally and performed pap smear test, and had found nothing abnormal, then it is likely due to rough intercourse.
You can apply lubricant jelly during intercourse to avoid vaginal injury and bleeding during rough intercourse.
Decreased flow and duration of the periods is normal with increasing age.
There is nothing to worry about it.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
