Question : I am 76 years old and have never had any serious health problems, but today I found some blood in my vagina. Could this be serious? I have not had sexual intercourse for the past 10 years.

Yes it is not good to have bleeding from vagina after long years of menopause so you need to visit a gynecologist for examination and ultrasound.
It can be due to estrogen cream also but a proper examination is a must.
