Question : today my friend had a chemical stress test and now she noticed that she had vaginal blood discharge, but she doesn't have a uterus. She is 65 years old and has heart problems and needs to have back surgery.
Has not done anything strenuous or ate anything that would cause the red discharge and her back is having spas isms all day long.

Brief Answer:
Examination required
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I understand your concerns.
Vaginal blood discharge is not associated with the stress test. It is more to do with atrophic vagina that happens after friction in women of this age.
I suggest let her get examined by her gynecologist by local per speculum examinationt o identifys source of bleeding.
Let me know if you need any more help.
Regards
