Brief Answer:
might be due to hypotension caused by Viagra, or may be BPPV

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome
I have gone through your query and do understand your concern.

As you have mentioned that you are taking Viagra which contains sildenafil. It can cause hypotension which can be responsible for your symptoms. And also it can cause blurring of the vision that can also be responsible. So it is advised to see consultant who has prescribed you this and information about it. Stoppage of medicine should reverse your problem.

Other possibility is BPPV - Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. It can only be confirmed by examination. A test called as Dix Hallpike test is done to confirm. Please meet your ENT doctor for the same.
We usually give labyrinthine sedatives and exercise & manouvre helps to control symptoms ( Brandt Daroff exercises and Epleys manouvre) Talk to your doctor about it. You can even get details of these exercises from youtube or even on google search.

Hope this helps.
Take care

Brief Answer:
more likely to be BPPV

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Viagra is prescription based agent I would suggest you not to take it without consulting doctor.
It might be due to BPPV as mentioned earlier so I would recommend you to see ENT specialist.
Hand and arm numbness -- since when you are experiencing this? Are you having any other medical illness? Like diabetes? Hypertension.

Not really any other issues but I have had bppv before and did the epley manuever which helped but it does not seem to help at all this time no matter which side i do it for. The tingling hands have been the same timeframe as the disorientation but not sure if related or not. Thankyou!

Brief Answer:
see ENT specialist

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Good to hear from you.
BPPV, recurrence is common. You should visit ENT specialist for examination. ENT specialist will help you with epley manuever. Generally we give a course of labyrinthine sedatives for every recurrence. These are prescription based agent, you need to see doctor for valid prescription
For tingling hand -- I would also suggest you to get your blood pressure checked. And also blood sugar ( FBS, PPBS). Based on the report we can decide on the management.
Hope this helps
Take care
