General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to pinched nerve in the shoulder.
I suggest using an anti-inflammatory medications to relieve the symptoms such as Ibuprofen .
You can take this medication three times a day.
If the symptoms continue you should see a neurologist and get evaluated.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
