Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Your symptoms (all of them) can be caused by bacterial infection due to food poisoning. You may have also diarrhea and abdominal pain. If there is any blood in stool, high fever or intense diarrhea you should consult your doctor as soon as possible.
Also dark urine, itchy skin, yellow eyes are symptoms which should force you to consult a doctor.
Otherwise, if you are getting better your immune system could get rid of the infection by its own. In such case I suggest you to avoid solid foods for next 12 hours. During that time please start probiotic intake and increase liquids intake.
If the symptoms will go away after 12 hours, you may start mild diet (boiled meat, boiled vegetables, toast).
If the symptoms will be still present, you should consult your doctor and have proper diagnostics.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
