Question : Hi my sister is 10 weeks pregnAnt its her second pregnancy she is vomiting everythjng she eats and past 2-3 days shes been having too much diharra and feeling weak. What can she do?

I have read your question carefully and understand her concern.

If she have 3 days with diarrhea and vomiting and for more she is feeling weak ,she should go to hospital to take a proper treatment and to determine the reason all issue she have.
Until she will go to hospital she should try with BRAT diet:
bananas
rice
toast
and she should try to use much more fluids .
