Question : My four month old baby boy is vomiting no fever not fussy but sleepy just started last feeding can't hold anything down

Hi....as of now you can start Domperidon or Ondanisetron in the dose suggested if you have any old prescription from your pediatrician. A diarrhea might start too.

What's the baby's weight. I can suggest you the dose.

Unless the kid's having low urine output or very dull or excessively sleepy or blood in motion or green bilious vomiting...you need not worry.
