Brief Answer:
USG abdomen required

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Reflux is unlikely cause of vomiting for 10 days.

Acute appendicitis is a condition that is characterised by pain abdomen initially around the umblicus and then in right lower abdomen, vomiting and elevated neutrophil counts. Fever is also seen along with these symptoms. However, as the blood counts are normal and she has no fever, I would look for other possibilities. In such circumstances, I will order for an ultrasound abdomen. Consultation with your pediatrician and clinical assessment & relevant investigation will help to diagnose and treat the condition.

Thanks and take care
