What Causes Weakness And Diarrhea After A Massage?

Question: Sir, I am a man and 34. A month ago, I visited a massage parlor where a man gave me a full body massage. I was completely naked. However he was completely clothed during the entire session which lasted for an hour. The massage was lotion based . he used little lotion. He massage my penis with his hands (for 2-3 minutes). My penis was in semi erect state and some secretion of precum. I did not ejaculate and He did NOT give me a handjob or blowjob. We did NOT indulge in oral/anal sex. He used his hands only. I am not aware of any cuts on his hands. I am not aware of his HIV status. After 25 days I had diarreah. Doctor prescribed me prebiotics/probiotics for 15 days. Now I am feeling the weakness. Weakness, diarrehea. Sir, Am I at the risk of HIV? Do I need any testing. I regret my act. Can I have sex with my wife without testing for HIV? I do not do drugs nor any tattoo/piercing. Please help.

Since you were given only a massage , you are unlikely to be infected . For transmission of infection, there has to be an exchange of body fluids of any kind . In this case, though you had slight precum, there is no suggestion that there was a chance to get mixed with the body fluid of the person giving you the massage so you are safe ,in my view. Diarrhea is unrelated and weakness is due to anxiety of possible infection. You relax and have sex with your wife.

Thank you Dr. XXXXXXX Your reply has boosted my confidence for sure. But for the last time, Do I need to take any tests? (I don't want to take any test unless required though it will help me to reduce my anxiety ).
Are you sure I can have sex with my wife. I don't want kill her by passing the infection.
Don't suggest me test only to reduce anxiety.
Am I safe ? (For the last time)( the phrase " in my view" scares me)
