Brief Answer:
Physical examination is mandatory to make impression.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

If you would have presented to me as an outpatient with this medical history,I would have listed the following possible causes which can result in these symptoms-
1)Spine degeneration with disc problems causing nerve root compression
2)Radiculopathy or Proximal neuropathy
3)Peripheral vascular disease-sometimes this symptom can be an analogue of claudication, which manifests on walking sometime and improves in seconds of rest.
4)Rarely,brain disorders like Multiple sclerosis can manifest like this.
5)Lastly and importantly, anxiety can result in such symptoms.

Since MRI Spine has been done and is normal,it practically rules out disc problems. However,I would like you to undergo a thorough physical examination by a physician with special emphasis on neurological examination and ankle-brachial index.
Neurological examination considering the possibilities of proximal neuropathy, radiculopathy or brain involvement and ankle-brachial index considering the possibility of peripheral vascular disease.

Accordingly, further investigations including nerve conduction studies,MRI Brain and CT Angiography of lower limbs can be planned, depending on the physical examination findings.

Meanwhile, please tell if you had a history of chronic smoking?Hypertension or any other disease?(This history if positive, favours paripheral vascular disease).

If this answers your query, you may close the thread-rate it and write a review as your rating will be of help to me else I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.
