Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM
I am Dr Rakesh Sharma answering your query.
I can understand your concern.
Tough it is not unusual to feel weak legged after a hard stool and strain, but it needs to be investigated before reaching a conclusion.
If I was your treating physician I would have monitored your Blood pressure and had taken an EKG, to rule out any ailment.
Get your blood tested for anemia as well, it is one of the reasons specially in females.
Drink lot of water, take food with high fiber content.May add a mild laxative.
Hope you have answer to your query, if any thing else you are welcome,or you can close the question and rate the answer.
Good luck.
