Brief Answer:
Hi

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Good day.
Noted your history. We need a bit more details. Do you have a regular periods? Are you on any chronic medications.
Any thyroid blood works done?
Any pinkish stretch marks on adomen/thighs or shoulders?

There are many causes of sudden weight gain and if you think that you are eating right and exercising regularly, it may be worthwhile to check for thyroid functions and to rule out other hormone tests. Could you attach the reports of your hormone tests?
Regards
Binu

Hi

Detailed Answer:
Thank you.
Hormone pills occasionally can cause weight gain.
Any shortness of breath, especially on exertion or on lying down?

It may be worthwhile to get belwo tests
1) Serum albumin and Liver function tests
2) Urine protein
3) 24 hours urine free cortisol
4) An echo cardiogram
5) Kidney function test ( Urea, creatiinine)

These may throw some light in the cause of weight gain and swelling
