Brief Answer:
Benign spots

Detailed Answer:
Hi

You seem to be having fordyce spots over the genitals.
Many women suffer from Fordyce spots on and around the genital area, on the vagina or vulva.
They are unsightly white or skin coloured pimples or spots that are present on the labia .
These are basically ectopic sebaceous glands on the vagina or vulva and are harmless and can usually be left on their own .
So my advice would be not to worry about these lesions since they are not std and they usually tend to improve with time ,
However ,if you are very worried about these ,you can see your local dermatologist and get these assessed in person .

Brief Answer:
Burning could be due to various reasons

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

Fordyce spots can also cause done degree of itching or burning sensation if they are touched or rubbed .
The other reason for burning could be bv.
I am sure you must be taking some treatment for this problem .
It tends to settle down soon with treatment and should not cause too much discomfort to the patient .
However if the burning and discomfort are continuing even after completing treatment for the same ,then I am sure you need to be further assessed to rule out other causes .
